2024 Meeting: Vancouver Canada

Attendance is only open to members.

The 83rd Annual S.I.T. Technical Conference will be held in Vancouver, Canada, from Sunday, April 28th to Wednesday, May 1st, 2024. Rogers Sugar (Lantic Inc.) is pleased to host this year’s conference. The meeting venue will be the Vancouver Marriott Pinnacle Downtown hotel ideally located downtown Vancouver with easy access to area attractions including the Vancouver Seawall, Stanley Park and shopping on Robson Street. In addition, Rogers Sugar has organized both a two-day tour for our guests with an itinerary that showcases the beauty of Vancouver and its surroundings, and a refinery tour/luncheon open to all meeting attendees and guests on Wednesday, May 1st, 2024.

If you plan on attending, please return the completed form to the S.I.T. office on or before April 1st, 2024. You can use the PDF here or the online form below. The hotel reservations should be made on or before 5 PM PT, Monday, March 25, 2024, according to the instructions detailed on the attached Hotel Registration Form.

MEMBER registration includes Mixer, Technical Sessions, Luncheon, Awards Banquet and Refinery Tour/Luncheon.

SPOUSE OR GUEST registration includes Mixer, Spouse/Guest Program, Awards Banquet and Refinery Tour/Luncheon.

Member Registration: US $ 750.00. If registered on or before April 1st, 2024 US $ 600.00

Spouse or Guest Registration: US $ 400.00
